Auto Empty box Paging & Labeling Machine Introduction

1. SKILT PM-DPM Series Label Applicator applies labels onto flat surfaces featuring with loading platform and high friction belting.

2. With different kinds auto out-feed for choose, to suit for client different kinds products.

3. This series labeling machine can store up to 20 different product profiles consisting of different label sizes,speed and location of label placement within the machines memory for quick recall during changeover.

Working process

Worker put lots of empty box into the feeder device, box delivery to labeling engine one by one waiting for labeling;

When sensor check box, send signal to PLC, PLC received the signal deal with information first, then output signal to servo motor driver, drive motor send label on box surface.

The sponge device past label on box surface more smooth, go on delivery to the collection device for collection, labeling finish.
