Working process
l Worker put a dozen of tags into feeder device, tags delivery to labeling engine one
by one waiting for labeling;
l When sensor check tag, send signal to PLC, PLC receive signal deal with information first, then output signal to labeling engine send label.
l The sponge device past label on tag surface more smooth;
l Tag go on delivery to the Visual inspection device, Vision camera take pictures to computer and compare the label position with the label position in computer, unqualified
tag been rejected to the collection box, qualified tag go on delivery for collection,
l With two layer collection hopper, automatic switching when one hopper reach to setting number.
