This machine is customized as client need , labeling with two stickers on product surface directly.
Suitable empty bag, unfolding box, card, tag and so on.
If only need one labeling engine , can stop the another labeling engine on touch screen directly.
Working process
① Worker put lots of bags into the feeder device, bags delivery to 1# labeling engine one by one waiting for labeling;
② When sensor check bag, send signal to PLC, PLC received the signal deal with information first, then output signal to servo motor driver, drive motor send label on bag surface first, bag delivery to 2# labeling engine, labeling way the same.
③ The sponge device past label on bag surface more smooth, go on delivery to the collection device for collection, labeling progress finish.
