High performance wrap-around labeling system l Vial labeling
With the continuously rotating straw wheel, up to 500 pcs/min can be labeled.

Working process
Bottles delivery to labeling machine conveyor and fill into Screw Separate bottle gap and delivery out one by one with same distance, and go on delivery to the 1# feeder rotary plate. 
Bottle from 1# rotary plate into the 2# rotary plate , when sensor check bottle,send signal to PLC, PLC control 2# rotary plate working, 2# rotary plate sent bottles to labeling engine part for labeling;
When check label sensor send signal to motor，then motor send label on bottle. 2# rotary plate take bottle to rolling label device, past label on bottle instantly in rather high speed. After finish labeling, bottle delivery to 3# rotary plate and delivery out.
